Authentic taste of Japanese food. If you are looking for a proper authentic taste, this is the place for you. It’s run by a very young crowd of some passionate boys and girls. They were guiding the customers on the taste, orders and also on how to eat the particular dish to savour it properly. I wish all of them best wishes and may they start something in a bigger place.

Great food. We tried the pork ramen and mushroom ramen, definitely must-try items. The staff is very courteous and knows the menu well. Were really considerate, even when we showed up at closing time. Great ambiance and peaceful atmosphere. They also make really good Christmas cookies❤️❤️

Dear Siddhi, It was a wonderful experience dining at your niche restaurant. I personally got transported to the streets of Japan while taking a slurp of the amazing Ramen bowl. Most awaited place I wanted to try and guess what it was worth visiting the restaurant . Ambience is quite good and has many decorations related to Japanese culture. Service and Food was superb and authentic. Not many restaurants can serve authentic Japanese cuisine as this restaurant. I’d highly recommend to checkout this restaurant. We ordered : Silken Tofu Gomae Salad: Tofu was silky as described in the dish name. Chicken Karaage : This was the highlight of our order in non veg section. The crispy on outside and tender chicken inside is a must try. Avocado California Roll: I liked this sushi the most. The combination of cream cheese and avocado makes it yumm. Tori Paitan Karamiso & Tonkotsu Ramen: Both Ramen were delicious and noodles were freshly prepared which made the dish more delectable. Tomato Karamiso Ramen: I’d highly recommend this dish to vegetarians. The richness of broth and soft noodles are to die for. Kombucha: This is packed soft drink which was good. Matcha Tiramisu: Tiramisu was liked by my friends. Also, they served complimentary barley tea. That’s all for this time. I’d like to checkout more of their menu in future. Excellent food, the quality is amazing, it’s authentic and every dish is absolutely worth. The menu is quite limited but every dish on it is worth a try in my opinion. The menu circled around Japanese, oriental cuisine which is unique as pune does not have many options of good restaurants serving this cuisine. The seating is quite small, only around 7 tables are available so it is advisable to book a table before going here. As for the food, the Tonkotsu Ramen is so umami, flavourful and satisfying. The noodles are a bit thick in my opinion but still overall the dish is spectacular. The tempura prawn sushi was really light and flavourful. It was perfectly crispy and the sushi rice was seasoned well. For dessert we had the Japanese cheesecake which was a bit dry and over cooked but the flavour was really spot on. Still definitely give it a try.

The chicken karaage and tomato ramen is very delicious. The noodles in the ramen were slightly hard. The Tonkatsu ramen is very fatty. Toilet is available and very clean however it’s located away from the restaurant and you need to get the key from staff. You can pay by upi here.

I absolutely loved the place! The food is high quality and cooked with passion! I’m a big fan of sushi(veg) and at Ginkgo they were probably the tastiest of all I have tried in Pune till now. Ramen is delicious and the ice cream is very unique and tasty, must try! The staff is very friendly and pleasant, helped a lot suggesting and explaining dishes. I definitely recommend to visit this place!

A passionate, cute and friendly restaurant focused on both authentic and well adapted Japanese cuisine. I highly recommended for anyone wanting to try Japanese food for the first time, and experienced eaters. I especially recommend the ramen, sushi and desserts, although all of the food we tried was fantastic!
